The Best Employer in Belgium study is conducted by the Ghent-Leuven Vlerick School. Cisco has been announced as the best employer in Belgium.
The results of the study have just been published by the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School , in collaboration with Vacature/Références magazine.

The analysis of the data follows the Great Place to Work model, which looks at 5 dimensions:

    Credibility – trustworthy, credible, and competent management
    Respect – respect of individuals, recognition of qualities
    Fairness – honest chances and equitable pay
    Pride – positive atmosphere
    Camaraderie – team feeling
