Cisco Services enable partners to provide customers with support services without having to make significant investments in developing and operating their own support infrastructure.

Cisco Brand Resale

The Cisco Brand Resale Program enables partners to provide customers with support services without having to make significant investments in developing and operating their own support infrastructure.

Collaborative

Collaborative Services are sold by partners and delivered collaboratively by Cisco and its partners. They provide partners with opportunities to increase profitability and growth by combining Cisco’s networking expertise and best practices with the partner’s business knowledge and personalized service, giving customers a consistently excellent service experience.

Collaborative Technical Services Program

The Collaborative Technical Services Program enables partners to provide a premium offer in the market based on greater customer assurance, while helping to increase partner profitability and growth. Cisco sells service contracts to partners, and partners resell the services using a recommended Collaborative Services naming structure. Collaborative Remote Management Services Program

The Collaborative Remote Management Services Program provides partners with the Cisco intellectual property and tools to quickly and accurately anticipate, identify, and resolve incidents on customers' Cisco Unified Communications networks. This allows partners to reduce costs and bring advanced technology services to market more quickly.

Cisco Smart Care Service

A powerful services platform on which partners can build the next generation of personalized services to best meet the needs of their SMB and Midmarket customers to drive greater profitability, differentiation through customized services and higher attach and renewal rates.

Partner Brand

Partner Brand Services reflect the expertise and unique value-add of the partners in our global network. Many partners sell their own brand of services throughout the lifecycle of an end customer’s network or solution. Cisco provides partners with Lifecycle Services methodologies, processes, and tools to help them deliver services to customers in a repeatable, successful, and profitable manner.

Cisco Shared Support Program

Cisco Shared Support is a program for Cisco channel partners through which Cisco provides partners with support for selling and delivering technical services to customers.
