EASY FINANCING WITH EASYLEASE

Here are the documents you need to offer financing options to your customers.

• Financing Application Form
• Master Lease Agreement
• Rental Schedule for Rental Plan or Financing Schedule for Finance Lease
• Certificate of Acceptance
• Direct Debit Authorisation Form

Below is an outline of the eligibility criteria for To be eligible for financing under for the EasyLease program, customers must meet the following requirements:

For transaction up to A$100,000:

• Credit Application Form, duly completed and signed

For transaction up to A$500,000:

• Credit Application Form, duly completed and signed
• 2 years' financial statements of the borrowing entity including notes, signed Directors Statement and Accountant's Disclaimer or Auditor's Report;
• Ownership structure (parent and related companies - Group organization tree)

For transaction over $500,000:

• Credit Application Form, duly completed and signed
• 3 years' financial statements of the borrowing entity, including notes, signed Directors Statement and Accountant's Disclaimer or Auditor's Report;
• Personal Tax Returns of all principals/directors (privately owned businesses only);
• Ownership structure (parent and related companies - Group organization tree)
• Where the latest financial statements are greater than 12 months old, current Management Accounts;
• Schedule of finance liabilities and payments (Banks, finance companies, etc.);
• Where the borrower is a Trust, a copy of the Trust Deed;
