In addition, CSC's SAFETYnet Exchange Plan's flexible "technology exchange" feature ensures that your network will always be up to date. 

How does Cisco Systems Capital's SAFETYnet Exchange Plan work? 

The SAFETYnet Exchange Plan allows customers to exchange equipment at certain stages of the lease term. Starting twelve months from the original start date of the lease and every six months thereafter, you can exchange equipment at predetermined exchange percentages. After deciding on the right configuration of Cisco products, you can choose from either a two-, three-, four-, or five-year SAFETYnet Exchange Plan. You select the plan that best meets your upgrade requirements. If you have made all payments on a timely basis, and by providing proper notice, you can replace a predetermined percentage of your old equipment with the same value of new Cisco products. CSC will take back the old equipment and write a new SAFETYnet Exchange Plan for both the new and remaining Cisco equipment for the same term and rental payment as the original SAFETYnet Exchange Plan. 

If, on the other hand, you decide to keep your existing Cisco equipment, then you simply continue the original lease for the remainder of its term. At the end of the lease, you may return, continue leasing, or purchase the equipment.
