PARTNER INDIVIDUAL

Update your profile: Email Address, Mailing Address, Alert Notifications Update My Profile >> My Profile tab or My Location tab Edit desired information and click "Submit".
Change your location Update My Profile >> My Location tab Choose a new location and click "Submit"
Delete or merge your Cisco.com ID(s) Update My Profile >> Manage Cisco.com ID tab If there are IDs you would like to merge or delete, select one and then click the button for the action you wish to request.
View Testing Information, Certifications and Specialization information Update My Profile >> Other Attributes tab View information
Add Cisco Testing ID (CSCO#) to My Profile Update My Profile>>My Profile tab Enter Cisco Testing ID (CSCO#) in text box and click "Submit."
Request access to tools or additional access levels (i.e. administrator access) Manage My Access >> Request Additional Access Select the tool you wish to access and contact the person listed.
View current access levels to partner tools Manage My Access View and edit your current access privileges.
Change company association Change Association Search for a new company and submit your request. You will have a "Guest" access level until your new request is approved.
Remove current company association Remove Association Clicking on the link will produce a pop-up box asking if you are sure that you want to proceed. Clicking "OK" will remove your association to a company in our database. You will then have a "Guest" access level.
PARTNER ADMINISTRATOR

Add a contact (employee) Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Contacts tab >> Contacts Sub-tab >> Click "Add an individual to this location for desired location." Select a location from the drop-down list. Enter all required fields and save. If the contact is Certified or has a Cisco.com ID, search on the testing or Cisco.com ID, which will pull up the contacts profile information, then save. To add another contact click the "Add Another Contact" button.
Delete a contact (employee) Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Contacts tab >> Search for Contact Check the box next to the contact you wish to delete. Choose "Delete Selected Contact" from the drop-down task menu.
Move a contact (employee) to another location Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Contacts tab >> Search for Contact Check the box next to the contact you want to move, choose "Move the Selected Contacts to a Different Location."
Add a location Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Locations tab Click on the link "Click here to add a new location." Add the required information and click "Submit."
Delete a location Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Locations tab Check the box next to the desired location, and choose "Delete the selected location." Note: You must delete or move all contacts in order to delete a location.
Change company information Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Company Information tab Change the desired information and click "Submit."
Change location information Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Locations tab Click on the hyperlinked location name, then edit the desired information and click "Submit."
Generate reports Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Reports tab Click on the name of the report you wish to generate.
Manage requests for partner association Manage Company Association Requests>>Pending Requests Click the “Next” button and view the requests in your queue. Approve or deny these requests by selecting them and choosing an action. Click on the "Search" link to search for requests.
Add Cisco Testing ID (CSCO#) to a user profile Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Contacts tab >> Contacts Sub-tab >> Click on a Contact Name URL. Enter Cisco Testing ID (CSCO#) in text box and click "Submit."
Grant/Remove Administrator Access Manage Company Contacts Access >> Select Partner Individual >> Edit Search for the contact you want to set as an administrator for a tool and submit, or view all contacts. Select the individual and click "Edit." Then grant or remove access by by selecting or unselecting the check boxes.
Add a Cisco.com ID to a contact's profile Update Company Data >> Select Company and Geography >> Contacts tab >> Search for Contact Search for the contact you want to set as an administrator and submit, or view all contacts. When in the "Contacts" sub-tab, choose the default view. Select the desired contact, then choose "Manage Cisco.com IDs for the contact I have selected" from the bottom task drop-down menu.
