Symptom:
CUE will lock in a reboot cycle after a 23 minutes of live record or Voicemail message is done on UC560 with EMAIL NOTIFICATION enabled.
Recovery from the reboot cycle is by reinstalling the cue from the boot helper.
Conditions:

Software versions:
-- UC560: 8.6.1 SWP
-- IOS: 15.1(4)M4
-- CUE Version : 8.6.5
-- CCA Version: 3.2.2
Hardware:
-- UC560-FXO-K9

1. Live recording of 15 minutes with email notification is enabled (Voicemail->Message Notification->Notification Administration->Enable system wide notification for live recordings)
2. Voicemail message of 15 minutes with email notification is enabled. (Voicemail->Message Notification->Notification Administration ->Enable system wide Notification)

Issue happens when Email notification is enabled and message (either live record or Voicemail) length of 15 minutes.
Issue is reproducible with 18 minutes and sometimes with 15 minutes. Issue is not reproduced with 10 minutes of message length (Live record or Voicemail) at any time.
Workaround:

1. Live Record

           1. Disable Email Notification for Live Record
Uncheck : Voicemail->Message Notification->Notification Administration->Enable system wide notification for live recordings

           2. Use TUI (Telephony user Interface) or IMAP

2. VoiceMail

          1. If you want to enable Email Notification for Voicemail alone and not for live record, please ensure User's "Caller Message Size" is 10 minutes and not more than that.

Otherwise, Disable Email Notification for Voicemail
             Uncheck :  Voicemail->Message Notification->Notification Administration ->Enable system wide Notification

          2. Use TUI (Telephony user Interface) or IMAP
