Mtgs cannot be found but are hidden on system after a profile deletion., Fixed CSCta01515

Symptom:
Mtgs cannot be found but are hidden on system after a profile deletion.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a profile on the MPE system.

Use the newly created profile to scehdule meetings.

Delete the profile that scheduled those meetings.

The profile will be deleted and those meetings scheduled by that user cannot be found using the Find meeting feature, however the meeting will still exist on the MP Express Server. This is verified by running a meeting information export and these meetings can be attended as well. To remove these meetings, one will have to import/cancel these meetings.

Either delete these meetings entirely when a profile is deleted or allow them to be found via GUI and deleted by an Admin.
Conditions:
When a profile is deleted.
Workaround:
Look up the meetings in the raw meeting report exported from the system.
Further Problem Description:
