&lt;B&gt;Symptom:&lt;/B&gt;
Missing documentation on upgrade with hardware swap for MeetingPlace Express 2.x






&lt;br&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Conditions:&lt;/B&gt;
When doing an hardware upgrade on MPX, it&#39;s needed to export the DB from the old box and import it into the new one, due to the MAC address change, and this require a dedicated procedure.




&lt;br&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Workaround:&lt;/B&gt;
Open a Cisco TAC case to get assistance with this procedure.

&lt;B&gt;Further Problem Description:&lt;/B&gt;
