Site Information

The following information is entered by the user to describe the specific modem configuration and modem site identifiers. It is used as a unique identifier for generating the files on the CCO web server; the generated configuration file does not contain these two values.

Configuration Identification

This mandatory field identifies the group of modem sites you are configuring.

Example: basic

Configuration identifiers could include a specific class of user (for example, basic, premium, or VPN). For a shared load across multiple configuration files, the configuration identifier could be for all the modems in one environment (for example, cm_1, cm_2, cm_3, and cm_4).

Site Identification

This mandatory field identifies the specific site you are configuring. Your configuration files reside in a directory on the web server named after your Configuration Identification in a subdirectory named after the Site Identification prefix.

Example: sanjose

In this example, a geographical location is used.
