Troubleshoot Your Wireless Device

Use these documents to troubleshoot basic problems with your wireless device.

Upgrade the Software on Your Wireless Device

Use this document if you need to upgrade the operating software on your wireless device in order to fix a bug or to repair a corrupted software image. If you have an Aironet access point, you can save your current configuration and then reload the configuration after you complete the upgrade process.

Note: You must contact the SMB Technical Assistance Center in order to get a new software image for your wireless device.
