    The News portlet provides links to news and information about Cisco's Technical Support Website, industry news, and information about new features to watch for in My Tech Support.

    Why is the News portlet empty?

    If the News portlet is empty, send email to mytechsupport-feedback@cisco.com.

    How do I delete the News portlet?

    1. Click the Edit icon on the active page tab. The portlets and the layout for your page display.
    2. Click the X on the News portlet.
    3. Click Save. The portlet is removed from your page.

    To add the portlet again:

    1. Click the Edit icon on the active page tab.
    2. Click the Add Portlet button. A list of portlets that you can add to your page displays.
