You have reached help for the Bug Watcher portlet. For assistance with general
portal operations, refer to the My Tech Support Help
file. Bug Watcher Portlet
What is the Bug Watcher portlet and how does it work? The Bug Watcher portlet allows you to view the latest status of bugs you identified based on your user profile in the Bug Toolkit. The portlet displays the three most recently updated bugs and includes the bug ID, bug title, status, and date the bug was updated. The Bug Watcher portlet imports names from the bug groups you defined in the Bug Toolkit into a pull-down menu. You can use the menu to select and view the latest information about bugs in that bug group. If you are not tracking bugs in the Bug Toolkit, but want to set up a profile in the tool so you can begin tracking bugs through My Tech Support, go to the Bug Toolkit at: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/help.pl. Why is the Bug Watcher portlet empty? Bug Watcher checks the Bug Toolkit for bug groups and bugs you have defined and displays the bugs that were most recently updated in the Software Bug Toolkit. If you are not tracking bugs in the Bug Toolkit, there is not information about bugs to display in the Bug Watcher portlet. Bug groups in the Bug Toolkit allow you to track specified bugs. To define bug groups and associated bugs, go to Bug Toolkit at: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl How do I delete the Bug Watcher portlet?
To add the portlet again:
