  • What is the Performance Metrics Central portlet and how does it work?

The Performance Metrics Central portlet provides a quick summary of the quantitative measurements of the Cisco Service Program that a Cisco Shared Support partner or Cisco Brand Resale partner must maintain.

The Performance Metrics Central portlet collects the partner performance raw data from various sources, conducts analysis and calculations, and presents to the users a set of metrics numbers that indicate the performance of the partner from different perspectives.

This portlet provides online comparative (competitive) operational support data, performance metrics, and metrics detail to encourage support partners to achieve best-in-class support performance, as well as allowing monitoring of performance requirements. Performance Metrics Center enables Cisco System Integrator Support, Cisco Brand Resale, and Cisco Shared Support program officers to manage their service operations more efficiently by providing up-to-date information on the performance metrics.

There are three programs currently in Performance Metrics Central:

    • Cisco Shared Support
    • Cisco Brand Resale
    • Cisco Systems Integrator Support
