Q: Did you forget your user name and/or password?
A: Your user name is usually your first initial followed by your last
name (i.e. John Doe's user name might be "jdoe"). Please contact our Cisco.com support
team at
web-help@cisco.com if you've forgotten your user name.
If you can't remember your password, send a blank email, from the account which you entered upon
registration, to
cco-locksmith@cisco.com.
An automatic check will verify that your email address is registered
with Cisco.com. If successful, account details with a new random password will be emailed to you.
