Who may attend Networkers?

Networkers is open to current and prospective Cisco Systems' customers, 21 years of age and older. As Networkers is no longer required for CCIEŽ re-certification, Cisco Systems' standard event protocol applies; as such, competitor registration at a private label Cisco customer event will not be accepted.

Are guests permitted to attend?

Attendees are permitted to register a guest, 21 years of age or older. Registered guests are permitted to attend the Welcome Reception, Networking After Hours, Tech Night and Customer Appreciation Event. These four events are not available individually. From March 7, 2003, through May 31, 2003, the Guest registration fee is US$150; as of June 1, 2003, the Guest registration fee is US$200. One Guest Pass must accompany one paid Networkers registration. Power Sessions, Technology Breakout Sessions, General Sessions, Cisco Career Certifications Testing, continental breakfasts and lunches are restricted to attendees.

Are children permitted to attend Networkers 2003?

Children are not permitted to attend Networkers 2003, including the evening events; however, both Orlando and Los Angeles offer numerous family attractions. In the event childcare is needed, please contact your hotel directly to make the necessary arrangements.

What is the attire for Networkers 2003?

Casual attire is appropriate for the entire week.

What is the registration process?

Simply complete the on-line registration form and submit payment prior to June 20, 2003 (for Networkers Orlando) or July 3, 2003 (for Networkers Los Angeles) and save US$200 - US$500 (depending upon date of registration) off of the On-Site Registration fee.

When will I receive my Networkers badge?

Networkers badges will be mailed in April 2003. Badge holders, lanyards and Networkers materials will be available for pick up on-site in the Main Registration area. Also please bring your Networkers badge with you to the Main Registration area to activate your badge. A government issued ID will be required to activate your badge and to collect your Networkers materials.

Is on-site registration available?

On-site registration is available beginning at 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 22 in Orlando and at 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 6 in Los Angeles. The on-site registration fee is US$1895, payable via American Express, MasterCard, Visa, check or money order. Please note that technology session selection may be limited once on-site.

Are substitutions permitted?

If you are unable to attend Networkers 2003 after registering, a substitution from the same company is permitted at no charge. Please submit substitution notification by fax to: 650.558.4150 or via mail to: Cisco Networkers, c/o Conference Planners, 433 Airport Boulevard, Suite 500, Burlingame, CA 94010 or via e-mail to nw2003@eventreg.com. For Networkers Orlando notification must be received by June 10; and, for Networkers Los Angeles notification must be received by June 24. For substitutions after the deadline, please bring written notification to the on-site Main Registration area.

What is the cancellation policy?

Orlando:
February 25 - May 10	Full refund
May 11 - May 31	75% refund for attendee; US$50 penalty for guest
On or after June 1	No refund

Los Angeles:
February 25 - May 24	Full refund
May 25 - June 14	75% refund for attendee; US$50 penalty for guest
On or after June 15	No refund
