Networkers 2003

Cisco is pleased to invite Cisco Customer Contact Solution customers to join Networkers 2003 in Los Angeles!

By integrating the Cisco Customer Contact User Conference into Cisco's annual North American Networkers, we are able to offer ongoing Customer Contact training, best practices discussions, product information and networking opportunities, and the advantage of participating in all that Networkers has to offer - including valuable presentations on cutting-edge network technologies, end-to-end business solutions, updates on the latest products and much more - all at one event.

This year, the Customer Contact sessions will only be offered in Los Angeles, giving customers the opportunity to gather in one location and maximize their networking opportunities. Also in Los Angeles, a dedicated welcome reception will be held for Customer Contact customers on Sunday night, July 6th. A dedicated General Session hosted by Barry O'Sullivan, VP of Cisco Customer Contact Business Unit will be held on Monday morning, July 7th.

Customer Contact Event/Session Schedule

As a Cisco Customer Contact customer, you will have the opportunity to choose from more than 100 technical training sessions and network with your peers. During Networkers Los Angeles, you will also be able to attend nearly 30 sessions on tracks designed specifically for the needs of Cisco Customer Contact customers - see the schedule of sessions here.

Customer Contact sessions will include:
  • Product overviews and roadmap discussions
  • In-depth training sessions and troubleshooting discussions, both for beginning and advanced users on products including Cisco ICM, Cisco IPCC Enterprise, Cisco IPCC Express (formerly IP ICD), Cisco CTI solutions, Cisco Hosted ICM (formerly NAM), and Web, E-Mail, IVR and Outbound solutions, as well as on topics such as routing, scripting, reporting, database configuration, developing business rules, using outsourcers, migrating from TDM to IP deployments, version upgrade planning, and more.
  • "Topic Table" lunches with topics dedicated to customer contact solutions
  • Contact center design clinics with systems engineers where you can whiteboard out solutions and scenarios
