By integrating the Cisco Customer Contact User Conference into Cisco's annual North American Networkers, we are able to offer ongoing Customer Contact training, best practices discussions, product information and networking opportunities, and the advantage of participating in all that Networkers has to offer - including valuable presentations on cutting-edge network technologies, end-to-end business solutions, updates on the latest products and much more - all at one event. This year, the Customer Contact sessions will only be offered in Los Angeles, giving customers the opportunity to gather in one location and maximize their networking opportunities. Also in Los Angeles, a dedicated welcome reception will be held for Customer Contact customers on Sunday night, July 6th. A dedicated General Session hosted by Barry O'Sullivan, VP of Cisco Customer Contact Business Unit will be held on Monday morning, July 7th.
