The Cisco Certified Partner Program integrates the technology focus of each Cisco Partner specialization, flexible individual career certification requirements, customer satisfaction targets, and pre- and post-sales support capabilities. There are three partner certification levels: Gold Certification, Silver Certification, and Premier Certification. The integration of specializations requires every partner to specialize in technology areas as part of the program requirement. Partners may choose the technology area for specialization and may decide to be strictly a specialized partner or specialize as a means to achieving certification. Cisco Certified Silver Partners The Silver certification level is designed to recognize and reward Partners with credibility in the marketplace. Silver Certified Partners have typically gained expertise in two specializations and have achieved a measurable level of customer satisfaction. Cisco Certified Premier Partners The Premier certification level is designed to recognize and reward Partners with credibility in the marketplace. Premier Certified Partners achieve the first Cisco certification level by completing sales and technical training, and meeting other base requirements. Premier certified partners have typically gained expertise in at least one specialization. |
