How do I register for
conference sessions? A.
To register, simply follow the instructions on the registration

Do you allow
registration substitutions? A.
Yes. If you are unable to attend
the conference after you register, you may
substitute another person from your company at no
additional charge. To enable us to prepare new
registration packets and name badges in time for
the conference, please submit written notification
of any substitutions by fax to to BRAND Marketing via fax at 5511 5507-4599 or via email at "networkers@brand.com.br".
Please provide substitute registrant name, title, organization, phone, fax, email and complete data of the person to be replaced.

What is the cancellation
policy? A.
If you must cancel for any reason, please submit written notification for an 80% refund (20% processing fee & taxes) to BRAND Marketing by September 1, 1999 for Networkers '99 in São Paulo, Brasil. If cancellation is received from September 2 to 17, 1999 for Networkers '99 in São Paulo, a 50% refund for registrants will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations made after September 17, 1999. What is the official language at the conference?

The official language at this conference is English. However, simultaneous translation into Portuguese and Spanish will be provided.

Can I get copies of the materials presented at the conference?

Yes. Copies of the breakout session presentations will be provided onsite. In addition, you will receive a CD containing all the Networkers '99 breakout session presentations when you turn in your conference evaluation forms at the end of the event.

Are there any special hotel rates?

Yes. Although you are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements, we have negotiated special hotel rates. Please refer to the Travel page for more information.

May I bring a guest to the Customer Appreciation event? A.
Yes. All guests must be at least
18 years old. You may register a guest, at the onsite registration desk, to attend
the Customer Appreciation
Event on Wednesday evening. Guest fees are US$20 per guest. Please note: Courses, coffee breaks,
and lunches are restricted
to registered attendees only.
