Q. When will the Technical Support Advisor (TSA) be retired?
A. The tool will be removed on Friday, July 7, 2006.

Q. What happens to my “saved devices” I stored in the tool?
A. All information saved by users of the tool will be deleted. For further details, please refer to the Cisco Privacy Policy.
