WHAT'S NEW IN 2004

• Greater Access to the Experts - More Cisco engineers will be on site in a variety of networking activities. Meet the engineer you most admire in a pre-booked one-on-one session. Plus, enjoy plenty more opportunities to meet face-to-face with Cisco engineers both informally and in training environments.
• Techtorials - (formerly 'Power Sessions') have been redesigned to give you a start-to-finish, full day tutorial on a specific technology. There are 13 topics in total to choose from.
• Innovative technologies - With Techtorials focused on training, the breakout sessions now offer you a sharper insight into Cisco´s vision of the future and thought leadership.
• Strategic Partnerships - Involving our strategic business partners throughout the event gives you access to the powerful products and services you need. New areas covered include Security and IP Communications.
• Expanded Hours - The World of Next Generation Solutions will now be open even longer - so you can spend more quality time at the Design Clinics, Partner Exhibits, the Cisco Challenge, and more!
• Customer Appreciation Event - Come and experience the magic of Cannes at an event designed for your enjoyment. Great music, fantastic food, fun and friendship. This is a customer appreciation event not to be missed!
