Hotel Information
It is your responsibility to book your accommodation directly with one of the listed hotels. This page will advertise available hotels. To ensure you get your first choice hotel, we recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as you have registered.
If you are planning to attend a Techtorial, you will need to arrive in Cannes on Monday January 29, as these sessions will start at 08.00 on Tuesday January 30. If you are planning to attend Cisco Networkers (excluding a Techtorial), we would advise you to register and collect your conference pack on Tuesday evening, so you will be ready for your sessions on Wednesday morning.
The hotels are ready to receive your bookings! To make it easier for you, we have secured preferential rates.
Note that:
- The majority of hotels are within walking distance to the Palais des Festivals and we will not be providing a shuttle service to the conference.
- We have indicated which hotels offer wireless access
- If you cancel your attendance to the event, you will also need to cancel your hotel room booking. The two processes are not linked. The booking forms will detail cancellation policies.
4 Easy Steps to book your accommodation:
1. Pick your preferred hotel from the list available (can be viewed by hotel * rating on the left hand side navigation bar)
2. Download and complete the Accommodation Booking Form and fax it back to the hotel
3. Make sure you know your arrival and departure dates and your Credit Card details - your credit card details will be used to secure the room for you
4. You will then receive a confirmation from the hotel, usually quoting a specific reservation number
Please note:
Make sure the hotel quotes you the agreed price; if not, please call the Cisco Registration Team +44 (0)20 8334 6987. If the hotel is fully booked, please choose an alternative hotel (this web site will be kept up to date with which hotels are full and which are still available).
