Who may attend Cisco Networkers 2007?

Cisco Networkers 2007 is open to current Cisco Systems' customers and partners, 21 years of age and older. Note that Cisco Systems' standard event protocol applies; as such, competitor registration at a private label Cisco customer event will not be accepted.

What is the date and location of Cisco Networkers 2007?

Cisco Networkers 2007 takes place from Wednesday January 31 to Friday February 2 2007 in Cannes, France. In addition, on Tuesday January 30, we are offering Cisco Networkers delegates the option of attending Techtorials at the same venue, at an extra cost.

What language is spoken at the conference?

The official language of the conference is English, the international business language. All sessions will be presented in English to accommodate an international audience.

Is it possible just to register for a Techtorial?

No, you can only register for a Techtorial if you are attending Networkers 2007 too. For attending a Techtorial you will be charged an extra cost of €495 + VAT.

May I bring a guest? What functions are they allowed to attend?

Yes, you may bring a guest. However guests can only attend the Customer Appreciation Event. Guest fees are & €100 and do not include sessions, lunches, etc. which are restricted to registered attendees only. You can register your guest during the registration process. However, you do not need to pre-register or pay in advance for your guest - you can choose to do this when you arrive in Cannes instead.

Are children permitted to attend Cisco Networkers 2007?

Children are not permitted at the event, including all evening events. In the event that childcare is needed, please contact your hotel directly to make the necessary arrangements.

Smart casual throughout the conference and social events will be suitable.

When will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

You will receive an email confirming your registration within 48 hours after payment and an additional re-confirmation 7-10 days prior to the event.

How can I change my contact details after I have registered?

By accessing the Post Registration Login page, you will be able to re-enter your registration record number, and make updates to certain elements of your data. E.g. if your office address or phone number has changed, you will be able to make these alterations on line, without having to call the Cisco Registration Team.

How can I check if my payment has been received?

Through the Post Registration Login link, you will be able to see if your payment has been cleared and if not, what is still outstanding so you can follow up (within your company, with your bank, etc.). You will also be able to access and print your Registration Order.

Is it possible to substitute one delegate for another?

Yes, it is. However, substitutions must be made in writing to the Cisco Registration Team, with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant and any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute.

Is on-site registration available?

On-site registration will be available beginning at 8.00 on Tuesday January 30 and 07.00 on Wednesday January 31. The on-site registration fee is the same as the regular registration fee, but to avoid having to queue, we would recommend registering pre-event. Please be aware that sessions fill up quickly.
