Networkers Referral Program
Introduce a friend to Networkers 2005 for the chance to win one of 50 fantastic Linksys Wireless G, a 24 GHZ Broadband Router and Notebook adaptor. To enter the competition simply log onto the Post Registration facility after you have registered for Networkers.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Cisco Systems International Ltd, 9-11 New Square , Bedfont Lakes , Feltham, Middlesex , TW14 8HA , United Kingdom.
2. This competition closes at 18.00 GMT 26 November 2005. Internet access is necessary to enter this competition. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible for entry.
3. The competition is open to residents of Europe, Middle East and Africa over the age of 18 years.  This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Cisco Systems or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
4. To be eligible to enter the online competition the participant must satisfy all of the following: first complete their own registration for the Cisco Systems Networkers 2005 event in Cannes; state their Cisco Networkers 2005 Registration ID on the entry form; use the official entry form; answer the question and complete the tie breaker; nominate an IT professional working in Data Centre, Voice and Video Technologies and Applications or Security; provide a valid email address for the nominee; provide a valid email address for themselves.
5. The number of entries per participant is not restricted.
6. Entry is only through the competition section of the Cisco Networkers 2005 website.
7. Cisco Systems reserves the right to verify any personal information provided.
8. The 50 participants who have answered the question 'Which French town is hosting Cisco Networkers 2005?' correctly and are considered by the judges to have provided the most inspiring tie breaker in no more than 25 words will be announced as joint winners.
9. Winners will be determined by a panel of Cisco judges between 28 November and 2 December 2005. Entries will be judged by a panel of Cisco Systems staff, agency staff plus an IT representative independent of both. The judges decision is final no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Only the 50 winners will be contacted personally. The winners will be notified by email sent on 5 December 2005.
11. The winner's name and country together with the correct answers can be obtained for one month from 20 December by sending a stamped addressed envelope to 'Networkers Referral Program', The George P Johnson Company, 37 -39 Kew Foot Road, Richmond Upon Thames, Surrey, TW9 2SS  
12. Each winner will receive a Linksys 802.11 G Router and PC card. The colour may be different from that on the photo that supports this promotion.
13. The prizes will be presented to winners when they collect their Welcome Pack at Networkers 2005 in the Palais des Festivals. The winner will be identified by their Registration ID. Winners who for any reason are unable to attend Networkers are asked to respond to their notification email sent 5 December with a preferred postal address.
14. Prizes are as advertised and not transferable. There is no cash alternative. Cisco Systems reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
15. Payment of any taxes levied on prizes will be the responsibility of those receiving the prizes. Cisco Systems recommends that competition participants investigate any potential tax liability prior to entry.
16. By accepting the prize, the winner will be deemed to have agreed to the use of their identity for promotional purposes without further consultation. Cisco Systems reserves the right to use the winners name and home country in any associated publicity material.
17. Cisco Systems will not pass on personal details to any other organisation without permission except for the purposes of running the competition entered. The personal information that participants provide through participation in this competition will be used by Cisco Systems and its representatives only with your consent for future marketing purposes. If participants wish to receive further communications from Cisco Systems please tick the relevant boxes on the registration form.
18. Participants must comply with all rules as defined in these Terms and Conditions to be eligible for the prizes. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. Cisco Systems assumes that participants have secured their employer's permission to participate. Acceptance of the terms and conditions listed is a condition of entry.
19. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Cisco Systems reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
20. Cisco Systems' decision is final in all matters connected with the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
