Job Description
As a Customer Support Engineer your main responsibility will be to provide technical support for Ciscos products to customers and partners via the telephone and/or through e-mail and based in one of our TAC Centers in either Brussels or Reading.
Your responsibilities will include: -
- Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs
- Working with other people to solve problems and enhance future products
- Using debugging tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions
- Keeping up-to-date with new technology products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market
As a Customer Support Engineer you will:-
- Continually learn about in-depth networking issues – and strive to achieve CCIE status [Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert]
- Be aware of the most recent products and technologies even before they are in the market
- Be a technical expert in one or more technologies
- Be part of the worldwide leading company in networking with centers throughout the globe
