IP NGN Delivery Services Model

  • Benefits include faster time to market, reduced cost, and high quality service delivery.

By using the structured PPDIOO process and IP NGN Program Central, a Web-based management system, Cisco effectively manages highly distributed workforces and systems to provide you with the best return on your investment.

Typical Deliverables:

At this stage, the program is completed. However, Cisco continues to work with you to identify and establish priorities system improvements. Optimization services include all post-program services that are not part of existing program, and exclude activities included in remote or onsite maintenance contracts. Examples include performance audits, major software and hardware upgrades, and applications development. This phase typically leads to another program activity-when the PPDIOO process begins again.
