Problem Description
Upgrading from ICM version 5.0(x), 6.0(x) using the ICM 7.0 - C installer program (setup.exe) with the Upgrade All option for CallRouter B servers creates a Router A component for each Router B instance.
Background
Selecting the Upgrade All option from setup.exe allows users to upgrade the product without making any changes.
To avoid the creation of additional Router A components on the B Router during upgrade, use the Edit option instead when upgrading all B side Routers.
Problem Symptoms
Use of the Upgrade All option in setup.exe creates a Router A component for each Router B instance on the Router B server.
