Problem Description

In BBSM 5.1, Switch Discovery might not detect newly released switches, including the Catalyst 2950SX-24 and beyond.

Problem Symptoms

In BBSM 5.1, Switch Discovery might not detect newly released switches, including the Catalyst 2950SX-24 and beyond.

Workaround/Solution

These switches must be added manually through the BBSM WEBconfig utility by selecting the corresponding switch type from the Switches drop-down list.
