CWM 10.4.01 patch 2 |
Patch 2 for Cisco WAN Manager (CWM) 10.4.01 has been removed from CCO |
Problem Description
CWM patch 2 reintroduced some bugs which had been previously resolved in patch 1. Patch 2 has been removed from CCO.
Background
Patch 2 contained a list of DDTS fixes that were included in the build. However, as part of the rev down process from another baseline, some DDTS fixes that existed in patch 1 were omitted.
Problem Symptoms
Refer to Release Notes below for patch 1 for the DDTS:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/netmgtsw/ps2340/prod_release_note09186a0080080d40.html
Workaround/Solution
Patch 3, which will resolve this issue, is scheduled to post to CCO on August 14, 2001. Until then, the customer has two alternatives. First, if the network is unaffected by the DDTS list below they can continue to operate normally, and install patch 3 when available. Second, they could perform a baseline CWM 10.4.01 installation, and then install patch 1.
