CPTK release 1.5.1 |
Problem Description
When CPTK version 1.5.1 is used with an ONS 15800 hardware release 1.5 system or ONS 15801 hardware release 1.3 system that contains five or more subracks, the second half of the 5th subrack and all of the subracks following are not discovered and hence not shown by CPTK.
Background
This is caused by a software defect in CPTK.
Problem Symptoms
Not all of the subracks in the system will be visible from CPTK.
Workaround/Solution
There is no workaround to this problem. The solution is to upgrade the running version of CPTK 1.5.1 to CPTK 1.5.2. The version 1.5.2 of CPTK can be downloaded from the normal location on Cisco Connection Online (registered customers only) .
