Sample IOCP

This is a sample IOCP from a mainframe running Virtual Machine (VM). This mainframe contains a number of devices. Most of this IOCP has been deleted. The last three statements define a Channel Interface Processor (CIP) attached to this host via an Enterprise System Connection (ESCON) channel and through an ESCON DIRECTOR.
