Resolve the application Command Disappearance After Reload

If you use Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2 T without integrating Cisco bug IDs CSCdy41947 (registered customers only) , CSCdy42944 (registered customers only) , and CSCin16971 (registered customers only) , you risk experiencing these issues:

  • The H.323 application command under POTS dial-peer disappears after a reload.

  • The application must be started before you can issue the application command.

  • The TCL/IVR application name is not stored correctly in the start-up configuration of the device.

Note: These problems were first reported in Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(11.08)T. The solution is integrated starting in Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(12.06)T.
