Service Access Management Tool

With the Service Access Management Tool, Cisco Partner/Customer administrators control who has access to the Cisco support services their company has purchased by managing who has the company's contract numbers in their Cisco.com profiles. When a contract number is in a Cisco.com profile, that individual can use it to obtain support. This tool was formerly the My Colleagues Aggregate Tool and My Colleagues Granular Tool.
