Hospitals continue to spend millions of dollars on upgrading their network infrastructure and/or building new wings to their existing acute care or ambulatory care environments. Internet Protocol (IP) convergence is slowly but steadily becoming a reality and customers are demanding an environment whereby they can improve quality of patient care and at the same time reduce overall expenses.
