Problem
During the Cisco Unity installation, this error message appears:
cisco unity setup tried to add the cisco unity server to the local intranet zone, but the server is already assigned to a zone. We recommend that you check the IE security options and, if necessary, reassign the cisco unity server to the local intranet zone.
Solution
This error message is likely to appear if Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) version 7 is installed.
In order to overcome this issue, uninstall IE version 7 and install IE version 6 instead.
