Introduction

This document explains how to list the current subscribers configured in the Cisco Unity system.

There are no specific requirements for this document.

Components Used

The information in this document is based on Cisco Unity version 3.1(5) and later.

The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.

Refer to Cisco Technical Tips Conventions for more information on document conventions.

Create the Subscriber List

Complete these steps:

  1. Select Reports Subscribers > Subscribers from the Cisco Unity SA web page and click All subscribers.

  2. Click on the running icon in the upper right corner of the window to generate the report.

  3. After the report is finished, Cisco Unity sends an e-mail to your Administrator. The report is kept under the c:\CommServer\Reports\SUBSCRIBER_xxxxxx.htm folder.

    Note: Use the Subscriber Information Dump tool to pull the Cisco Unity subscriber information out of Cisco Unity.

Verify the Result

View the created file under c:\CommServer\Reports\SUBSCRIBER_xxxxxx.htm with a web browser.
