Q & A

Q. If I have Cisco 12000 Manager 2.2, or earlier, can I upgrade to Cisco 12000/10720 Router Manager 3.1?

A. To move to release 3.1, all intermediate releases must be installed and upgraded in sequence. So in this case Cisco 12000 Manager 2.2 should be upgraded to Cisco 12000/10720 Router Manager 3.0, and then Cisco 12000/10720 Router Manager 3.0 to Cisco 12000/10720 Router Manager 3.1.
