Enterprises and Service Providers utilize the Remote Monitoring Suite to monitor alarms and application configuration warnings for large, multi-site enterprise installations or for service providers' end user customers. The Remote Monitoring Suite can be used to monitor alarms from ICM, NAM and ISN systems, allowing customers to ensure the health of these systems and to proactively address application warnings.
