Dedicated Server InstallationIf you clicked the A different server radio button in Step 11 of the CRA installation procedure (see Step 11 of the "Installing Cisco CRA 3.0" section of Chapter 3) you activated the data entry fields in the Cisco CallManager Database Location pane of the Cisco CRA Installation Wizard window. To specify an alternate Cisco CallManager database location, perform the following procedure: ProcedureStep 1 In the CallManager Host Name field, enter the CallManager host name. Step 2 In the Windows Username and Windows Password fields, enter the Windows username and password. Step 3 In the SQL Username and SQL Password fields, enter the SQL username and password. Step 4 Click Next. The Cisco Installation Wizard dialog box appears. Step 5 Click Yes to connect to the Cisco CallManager database. The ICD Directory Server Configuration pane appears in the Cisco CRA Installation Wizard window. Step 6 Return to Step 13 of the "Installing Cisco CRA 3.0" section to continue the CRA installation process. Alternative LDAP ConfigurationsWhen you unchecked the Use CallManager's LDAP check box in Step 12 of the CRA installation procedure (see Step 12 of the "Installing Cisco CRA 3.0" section of Chapter 3), you activated the LDAP data entry fields in the ICD Directory Server Configuration pane of the Cisco CRA Installation Wizard window. To specify an alternative LDAP configuration, perform the following procedure. ProcedureStep 1 In the LDAP Family pane, take one of these actions:

Step 4 Return to Step 14 of the "Installing Cisco CRA 3.0" section to continue the CRA installation process. Alternative Speech Server ConfigurationIf you clicked the A different server radio button in Step 6 of the Nuance Speech server installation procedure in Chapter 5, you activated data entry fields in the Speech Server Configuration pane of the Nuance Installation Wizard window, shown in Figure A-3. To choose an alternate application server that the Speech Server will be configured to use, perform the following procedure. ProcedureStep 1 In the Host name field, enter the host name of the application server. Step 2 In the Username and Password fields, enter username and password for the alternative application server. Step 3 To complete the Speech Server installation process, return to Step 7 of "Installing Nuance ASR and TTS."
