This document describes how to delete a Route or a Skill Group which is referenced in a specific Script.
There are no specific requirements for this document.
The information in this document is based on Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) 8.5.1.
The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.
Refer to Cisco Technical Tips Conventions for more information on document conventions.
Complete these steps:
Go to ICM Configuration Manager, and you will be presented with All Menus.
In the Configuration Manager window, select Tools > Miscellaneous Tools > Script Reference Tool. The Script Reference tool allows you to generate a report that shows which routing scripts reference a specific configuration record.
Select the specific skill group, and check in what scripts this specific skill group is being referred.
Once you know the scripts in which the skill group is referred, you can delete those scripts using the Script Editor Application.
The Script Reference tool crashes when attempting to select a skill group that has script reference(s). There is no warning or no log entry related to the issue. This problem occurs if a route is associated with the skill group. This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCsc43980 (registered customers only) .
In order to resolve this issue, remove the association of the route from the skill group if it is not actively used.
