Q: Why does the Verify report in the Performance Service Manager report that a router is unreachable when I can ping it from the same machine?

A: If you can ping a router from a given system, the Performance Service Manager should also be able to reach that router. An exception may be that Netsys Service Manager (NSM) has a different name for the router than the one you are using to ping. Verify that NSM is using the same name.

Q: Can the Performance Service Manager filter traffic by application type, such as "http"?

A: Yes. You can use the Data > End-to-End Traffic Sets > Show Restrictions panel to filter out traffic based on application type.
