End of Life Announcement
December 31.1999
Overview
Cisco Systems is announcing the End-of-Life for the Cisco665 and Cisco670T CPE along with their accessories. Customers are encouraged to participate in the Technology Migration Program at
http://www.cisco.com/offer/tic/TMP_PA.html and to migrate to the Cisco SOHO 77 or Cisco 828. Information regarding these customer premises equipment can be found at:

Product IDs and key dates supporting the end-of-life cycle are listed in Table 1.

Definitions: LTB = Last Time Buy, EOSS = End of Software Support (no more software bug fixes),

Last Software Support Date
Last date of support for current hardware or software is December 31, 2002. Any issues with software or hardware beyond these dates will not be addressed. The customer will be required to migrate to new DSL products available at that time.
End of Support Announcement
The end-of-support announcement will be posted on cisco.com on December 31, 2004.
Date for Discontinuing Renewal of Contracts
Cisco will honor existing service contracts. New contracts will not be honored beyond end-of-support dates for the software or hardware.
Obsoletion
The Cisco665 and Cisco670T CPE, along with their accessories, are considered obsolete and all activities required to support these products will cease on December 31, 2004.
