Cisco® VPN 3000 Series Concentrator Software v4.7 provides connectivity and security enhancements for the Cisco WebVPN feature, which delivers clientless Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) VPN capabilities. Version 4.7 also supports Network Admission Control (NAC) enforcement for IP Security (IPSec) client connections.

Advanced endpoint security compliance checking, so that confidential data does not remain unprotected on a remote system. Available even if the remote user is on a system with guest permissions.
Clientless Citrix Support for WebVPN
Access Citrix-enabled terminal services resources via a clientless WebVPN session. Requires no additional download from Cisco.
Windows NT LAN Manager (NTLM) and HTTP Authentication Support for Clientless WebVPN
Supports authentication to internal Websites that require NTLM over HTTP user authentication.
Pocket PC 2003 with HP iPAQ Support for WebVPN
Allows for clientless connectivity from the Pocket Internet Explorer (PIE) Web browser on HP iPAQ systems running Pocket PC 2003.
NAC IPSec Policy Enforcement
Enforces network security policies, including antivirus and personal firewall compliance, in conjunction with Cisco Trust Agent and NAC for IPSec client connections.
Nokia Symbian IPSec VPN Client Support
Allows for VPN connections to be established from the embedded IPSec VPN client for Nokia Symbian handheld/cellular devices.

Cisco VPN 3000 Series Concentrator Software v4.7 will be available in March 2005.

Cisco VPN 3000 Series Concentrator Software v4.7 is available for a free download via Cisco.com for all customers with Cisco SMARTnet® support contracts and encryption entitlement.
