Cisco® is announcing the End-of-Sale of Fixed Configuration Catalyst® 2900 Series XL Switches, including respective Multipack units, as per the descriptions and schedule detailed below. All impacted products are being replaced by the recently launched Catalyst 2950 Series, which offer superior functionality at the same price. The last order date for the affected products is October 31, 2001. Please advise and transition all existing and potential customers of these products to the Catalyst 2950 Series, as per the replacement matrix given below.
