Please recall Software Release 11.0 is the last release supported on the Gateway Server product line. Also, please note that lead times for these components may be longer than other Cisco® average lead times.
Cisco will continue to support the AGS+ after End-of-Sale through our SMARTnet® and Comprehensive Maintenance programs. Customers with either of these service contracts are entitled to free software updates through all maintenance releases of 11.0, 24-hour phone support through the Technical Assistance Center, and advanced replacement hardware for repairs. Comprehensive Maintenance customers also receive onsite service. Customers who do not have a maintenance contract can purchase software updates and hardware repair services from Cisco to meet specific requirements rather than full-service coverage.
Cisco Systems currently offers an xGS upgrade program whereby customers may upgrade their AGS+, AGS, MGS, CGS, and IGS platforms to any Cisco 7200, 7200, or 7500 platform. This program is available now through July 31, 1997. Please contact your local Account Manager for more information.
