Cisco Systems® announces the End-of-Life of the Cisco® 3631. The last day to order the Cisco 3631 is August 2, 2004. Customers will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until August 2, 2009. Table 1 describes the End-of-Life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco 3631.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco 2691 or Cisco 3725, which offers greater module support and additional software features. Information about these products can be found at http://www.cisco.com/go/3700demo. Table 4 provides relevant information for migrating from the Cisco 3631 to the Cisco 2691 or Cisco 3725.
