End-of-Life Notice, No. 2997
Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the CiscoWorks Hosting Solution Engine 1.7 on the Cisco® 1105 and 1140-19 hardware platforms. The last day to order the affected product is November 4, 2003. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until November 4, 2006. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the CiscoWorks Hosting Solution Engine 1.9 on the 1140-19 hardware platform. Information about this product can be found at: http://www.cisco.com/go/hse.
