Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco IP Solution Center MPLS VPN Management 3.2 and L2 VPN Management 3.2. The last day to order the Cisco IP Solution Center MPLS VPN Management 3.2 and L2 VPN Management 3.2 is May 11, 2007. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco IP Solution Center MPLS VPN Management 3.2 and L2 VPN Management 3.2. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco IP Solution Center (ISC) 4.2. Please note that this bulletin does not apply to the Cisco ISC Security Management 3.2 product. That product continues to be supported in the 3.2 product branch only.

Product Migration Options
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco IP Solution Center MPLS VPN Management 4.2 and Cisco IP Solution Center L2 VPN Management 4.2. Existing IP Solution Center (ISC) 3.2 customers with or without a Cisco Software Application Support (SAS) contract will be able to upgrade their existing ISC 3.2 deployment to ISC 4.2 by paying a flat fee of $120,000 (ISC3.X-4.2-UP-K9). This upgrade will entitle them to an ISC 4.2 media CD kit and will also include a license for the ISC Quality of Service (QoS) application. Note: Existing Cisco IP Solution Center 3.x Security Management customers should not upgrade to Cisco IP Solution Center 4.2. They will continue to be supported in the Cisco IP Solution Center Security Management 3.2 branch.
