Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life for the Cisco® IP Solution Center (ISC) 3.0 and 3.1. The last day to order these products is February 18, 2005. Customers will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until February 18, 2008. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for Cisco IP Solution Center 3.0 and 3.1 releases. Table 2 lists the product numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to Cisco IP Solution Center 3.2, which greatly improves the functions offered in releases 3.0 and 3.1. New features include enhancements in the areas of Multiprotocol Label Switching VPN (MPLS VPN), Layer 2 VPN (L2VPN), quality-of-service (QoS) applications, and infrastructure support.

For equipment and software that is not covered by a service-and-support contract, this is the last date to order a new service-and-support contract or add the equipment and/or software to an existing service-and-support contract.
