Cisco Systems® announces the end of life of the Cisco® 7000 Series Manager 2.1. The last day to order the Cisco 7000 Series MANAGER 2.1 is November 18, 2005. Customers will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until November 18, 2008.
Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco 7000 Series Manager 2.1. Table 2 provides a listing of product part numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco LAN Management System. 2.2. LMS 2.2 provides significant additional features for not only the 7x00 platform, but many other Cisco platforms.
