Upgrade Paths
Current customers who have deployed Cisco Unified Service Monitor 2.0.1 or 2.1 can upgrade their systems to 2.2 at no charge by downloading the Cisco Unified Service Monitor 2.2 software from http://www.cisco.com/go/cusm. Customers with a Software Application Support (SAS) contract are eligible for free upgrade from 2.x to 2.2 from the Cisco.com Software Download Center. To upgrade from 1.x installations, please email ask-ipc-management@cisco.com for more information.
Availability
Cisco Unified Service Monitor 2.2 will be orderable on June 5th, 2009, and first shipment is planned for August 10, 2009.
