Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco® Mobile Wireless Center 2.0 for the Cisco Mobile Exchange solution. The last day to order the affected product is November 11, 2005. Customers with active Cisco Software Application Support service contracts will continue to have access to software updates through Cisco.com, and will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until November 11, 2008. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.

Product Migration Options
The current releases of Cisco Content Services Gateway (CSG) Service Manager and Cisco Mobile Wireless Fault Mediator, at the time of this bulletin's posting, are respectively version 2.2 and 3.3. Cisco Mobile Wireless Center 2.0 customers are encouraged to migrate to Cisco Mobile Wireless Fault Mediator 3.3 or Cisco CSG Service Manager 2.2. The replacement products offer many new features and improvements over past releases. These details are listed in individual data sheets, available at http://www.cisco.com/go/mwc-cmx.
